Integrated Security Solutions Group (ISSG) is expanding our team! We are currently seeking professional and dedicated security officers to join our operations at an upscale location in Austin. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals committed to security excellence and customer service.
Position Details:
Locations: Upscale sites in Austin, TX
Available Shifts: 2 pm-10:30 pm or 6 pm-midnight (occasionally 1:30 am)/Weekends and during the week
Dress Code: A clean, sharp appearance is required. Officers will wear business casual attire with a jacket, with the occasional need to wear an ISSG shirt/uniform.
Requirements:
Must hold a valid Texas Security License
Must have reliable transportation
Exceptional customer service skills
Compensation: $20/hour, paid biweekly
Responsibilities:
Monitor security and surveillance equipment to ensure the safety of the premises
Conduct regular patrols and security checks
Provide a courteous and professional experience to clients and visitors
Respond to emergencies and incidents in a calm and effective manner
Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities and irregularities
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a security officer or similar role preferred
Excellent knowledge of public safety and security protocols
Surveillance skills and detail orientation
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
