Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience

2 years of experience supporting customers with operational and technical issues, including deep analysis and status reporting

Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred qualifications:

LTL industry experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage difficult customer conversations

Able to operate with minimal guidance and structure in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

What you’ll do on a typical day:

Perform trend analysis to provide strategic and actionable business insights that enable operations or customers to make data-driven decisions

Facilitate operational reporting for monthly and quarterly business reviews for assigned focus accounts

Assist with query building, dashboard generation and report templates

Ensure the quality of reports delivered to customers by prooing and editing reports, checking numbers & report findings and ensuring the overall formatting and visual consistency of the reports

Monitor utilization and partner with customers to develop strategies to ensure the best use of our service and help achieve maximum value
