About the Role:

We're on the hunt for a Senior Bookkeeper with at least 5 years of experience in a CPA firm setting, adept at handling multiple clients with finesse. Your expertise with QuickBooks (Desktop and Online), Xero, Freshbooks, and advanced Excel skills will be the backbone of our financial management services. This role requires a blend of onsite visits to client and partner offices and the flexibility of remote work, offering a dynamic work environment. As an independent contractor for the first 12 months, with a view to a long-term engagement, you'll be instrumental in driving our clients' success and supporting their growth journey during their critical first 1-5 years.

What You'll Do:

- Provide comprehensive bookkeeping services to a diverse client base, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Utilize your expertise in QuickBooks, Xero, Freshbooks, and Excel to manage financial records efficiently.

- Offer strategic financial insights to new and small business owners, guiding them through their initial years.

- Navigate both remote and onsite work environments, adapting to the needs of clients and partners.

- Lead and collaborate with our team to refine financial processes and contribute to our culture of continuous improvement.

Who You Are:

- Possess at least 5 years of bookkeeping experience within a CPA firm, managing multiple clients.

- Proficient with QuickBooks Desktop, Online, Xero, Freshbooks, and advanced Excel.

- Embodies an entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for supporting the growth of new and small businesses.

- A born leader and team player, capable of mentoring and inspiring those around you.

- Comfortable with a hybrid onsite/remote work setup and traveling to client/partner offices as needed.
