Business Analyst for a Long Term Contract / Full Time opportunity.Location: Remote initially, after the current situation improves candidate can work from Irving, TX.JOB DESCRIPTION- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and documentation
- Evaluating business processes, document requirements, perform data analysis.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Documenting and communicating the results in form of user stories or BRD
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Effectively communicating requirements and plans to cross-functional team members and senior management.
- Define solutions meet business needs and requirements, at the same time ensuring technical compatibility.
- Performing user acceptance testing.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- In-depth knowledge on Financial services / capital markets domain with clear understanding on trade flow, products.
- Exposure to regulations that govern the market functions.
- JIRA (Requirement Management and Test Management)
- Proficient in SQL for data analysis
