Pinnacle Propane is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with solid experience in IT. Preferably a BA with a project focused, technical background, ERP experience a plus, who has created clean and concise documentation in the past. They must be able to think ahead, and proactively plan ahead as much as possible. They are looking for a driver, someone who is able to communicate effectively to help tackle impediments and make sure all relevant parties have a clear understanding of the requirements.

The Senior BA will be expected to understand business project and change needs, assess business and/or technology impact of those changes, capture, analyze and document requirements and support the communication and delivery of requirements with relevant stakeholders. The BA will pair with the business and IT to help analyze process, system, and tool upgrades/changes. They need to be able to understand those requirements, and discuss and communicate them without creating chaos. The BA will work on technical projects around their ERP migration, system adjustments and improvements, technology innovation for the company, and technical documentation as well amongst other things. Must be able to come up to speed on the technical environment quickly, and help the IT group in standardizing their footprint from a technical perspective while maximizing the productivity of their systems and tools. Some technical data analysis work will be included, and this person will be expected to come up to speed on new software applications implemented within their group.In short, this role will work on a lot of different projects, policies, practices and solutioning, and must be a versatile, well-experienced business analyst. Required Skills and Education
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience
  • Experience with business analysis and working with IT groups
  • Hands on systems analysis and documentation experience
  • Ability to brief Senior Leaders
  • Innovative and Self Motivated
  • Experience with PMBOK and Agile processes
  • 6 Sigma Greenbelt preferred, and strong implementation methodology.
