Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.About the teamThe Banking Solutions Investment Governance team plays a key role in facilitating processes and decision making that result in Product investment prioritization and funding.  The team works closely with each Banking Solutions Business and Product area to plan annual investment needs, frequently assess investment initiative performance, adjust, and stay aligned to value stream Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).-THIS POSITION IS NOT OPEN TO ANY FORM OF SPONSORSHIP-What you will be doingAt FIS, Banking Solutions is streamlining and modernizing the way investments are considered and managed. Banking Solutions will implement and integrate Product Management software for ideation/intake processes and for Product Managers to use as they manage products.This solution will be integrated across FIS’s ecosystem to provide holistic investment reporting including initiative performance information such as investment health/project status, resource capacity, and financials.The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for creating the design, data mapping, and driving implementation of configurations to provide a seamless experience for designing and delivering integration of tools for product management, project management tools, financial systems, and data management across all the solutions.  You will work alongside the delivery teams to become a subject matter expert for the tooling solutions that is being deployed.Included in the design will be a comprehensive reporting and dashboard package which will assist stakeholders in managing and running their investment projects.  Once design has completed, you will operate as part of the delivery practice to develop and establish useful dashboards and reports to show ongoing and historical performance information.You will collaborate with Technology and Business teams to define features that need to be delivered. What you bringProblem SolvingCollaboration with diverse products, teams, and skillsRelationship Building – ability to quickly integrate with stakeholders and begin to identify needsCuriosityBusiness AnalysisAdded bonus if you haveExperience using tools such as PowerBI, Planview, Jira and Aha!Integration / Configuration experiences.Financial and/or Product Management experience.What we offer youA multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunities.The chance to work on some of the most challenging, relevant issues in financial services & technology.A work environment built on collaboration, flexibility and respect.Varied and challenging work to help you grow your technical skillset.FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $89,180.00 - $149,820.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
