The Senior Business Analyst Billing & Pay role will be part of a team responsible to manage the SAP S/4 HANA feature roadmap for Commercial Engineering. The Senior Business Analyst will collaborate with key stakeholders from technology and the business to define the future state capabilities and on-board client Business Segments to SAP S/4 HANA to improve our Go To Market strategy and Sales Reps experience. Senior Business Analyst Billing & Pay you will:
- Design: Collaborate with Business Process Owner and Solutions Architect to create Features and Stories which align with project directives
- Analyze: Groom backlog stories and work with the tech teams to understand, estimate and prioritize stories for sprints
- Deliver: Act as liaison between functional areas, architects, and technical teams to validate designs and ensure development meets requirements
- Mentor: Act as counselor to business counterparts, customers, and management on requirements and capabilities pertinent to SAP S/4 HANA
- Lead: Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision or questions and drive issues to closure
- Be a Team Player: Working in a collaborative team-oriented environment, you will share information, value diverse ideas, partner with cross functional and remote teams
- Be an Agile Person: Participate in scrum retrospectives and turn the analyst eye on sprint learnings, how the team is performing to continuously improve the scrum process and delivery
