Senior Organizational Change Management Partner Summary:In this role, you will create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance for medium to large change initiatives. You will drive adoption, utilization and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. You will collaborate and serve as a coach for senior leaders, executives, and all other levels of management in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor and assist through transitions and change management activities.Responsibilities:

  • Conduct impact analyses assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Design and execute tailored Change Management (CM) strategies and plans that ensures effective adoption of specific projects/initiatives. Plans include Stakeholder engagement, Sponsor management, Change Readiness, Change Champion Network, Marketing, Communications, Coaching, Training, Resistance Management and Transition to Sustainment
  • Support communication and training efforts that involve the design, development, delivery, and management of communication programs. Provide input and document requirements.
  • Monitor, escalate and help mitigate intent and people risks.
  • Monitor metrics that measure effectiveness of the Change Management to improve speed of adoption, ultimate utilization and proficiency and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide post-implementation support to identified groups and collect feedback on successes and opportunities to recommend improvement in future implementation.
  • Partner and coordinate with key stakeholders throughout the organization for the success on the change initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 5 or more years' experience required.
  • Relevant and progressive change management and/or organizational design experience preferred.
  • Deep organizational change management skill and experience.
  • Experience with implementing organization change using a defined methodology.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication.
  • PROSCI or Change Management Certification strongly preferred.
