ICON people have a mission to succeed and a passion that ensures what we do, we do well.The role:We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Contract Analyst to oversee the progress and delivery of global site contract negotiation. The Senior Contract Analyst will serve as a functional lead on projects to support site contracts negotiators while working to identify and mitigate risk and lead communication with sponsor companies. In this role, you will: Ensure clear and direct communication with the project team and client Provide the relevant information required for negotiations with clients regarding cost proposals, change orders and contracts Organize, lead, and manage internal meetings and/or client related meetings Coordinate and develop contracts and change orders for newly awarded and on-going projects Solicit input and review of contracts and change orders from the relevant operational departments Liaise with Contract Manager on any issues that need to be escalated within ICON or the client Provide project/financial analysis on the project budget Develop and maintain client/project files and tracking tools Manage and prioritize workload in relation to timelines and client submissions Review client/project documents and budgets for final QC reviewAdditional duties as assignedYou will need:Contracts experience required; CRO or pharmaceutical industry background strongly preferredEnglish fluency (ability to read, write, speak), requiredBachelor’s degree requiredTravel of up to a maximum of 5%To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and should not require, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.Benefits of Working in ICON:Our success depends on the knowledge, capabilities and quality of our people.
