We’re looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Legal Enablement to join Procore’s fast-growing Legal, Regulatory & Compliance (LRC) Department.  As a member of the Go-to-Market (GTM) Legal team, in this role you’ll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders and GTM Legal team members to ensure we are enabling the revenue organization by managing our contracting workflows and associated data insights and our templates, playbooks and collateral, and by providing excellent sales enablement in a rapidly evolving, high-volume environment. To succeed in this role, you'll need to show up as a leader, collaborator, program and project manager, and self-starter able to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.As Senior Manager, GTM Legal Enablement, you’ll support the GTM Legal team in developing and managing the content we create for customers, sellers, other stakeholders, and our internal team in support of the revenue organization. You will also partner with Legal Operations, the Office of the Chief Legal Officer, and  cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, IT, Security, Product, Engineering, and Marketing, to provide technology thought leadership, process improvement, and metrics support to enable our support of sales and accelerate deal velocity. Your passion for technology and deep knowledge of legal contracts, processes, and commercial legal teams allows you to provide practical and solutions-oriented advice to your legal and business partners, effectively calculate potential risks, manage workloads, and prioritize multiple business partner demands. This position will report to our VP & Associate General Counsel, Go-to-Market. This role can be remote or based in one of Procore’s U.S.-based office locations. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.What you’ll do:Own GTM templates and playbooks (e.g., manage updates and maintain alignment across online and contract lifecycle management (CLM) instances, handle translations and regional versions)Assist with the development and improvement of customer collateral, sales enablement training, tools, and FAQs Maintain and assist in the development of seller collateral, legal documents, and guidance within the sales online portal (e.g., seller talk tracks for SSA) Partner with IT, Legal Operations, and other business partners to ensure GTM Legal requirements are continuously met with the CLM system and act as the functional subject matter expert for the CLM toolManage the contracting workflow, including ticketing, self-service contracting, redlining, approvals, signature, and archiving for all GTM contractsPartner with IT and Legal Operations to develop GTM metrics, reports, and dashboards for cross-functional visibility into key contract terms and  transactional data in order to derive insights that improve operational efficiency and inform Procore’s GTMIdentify, develop, drive, and implement process improvements to create scale and efficiencies, organizing cross-functional stakeholder participation as needed Project manage GTM Legal team initiatives and OKRsAssist with GTM Legal team new hire, onboarding, budget, and headcount planning Keep abreast of industry trends affecting GTM Legal and collect relevant benchmarking data to inform contract positions and best practicesWhat we’re looking for:10+ years of relevant experience in an in-house legal department (gained ideally at a SaaS or other high growth technology company); Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience requiredTrack record and passion for building and continually improving processes optimized to be collaborative and enable scaleExperience and skill in project management, knowledge management, managing site content, templates, and playbooks, and preparing training materialsDemonstrated experience managing CLM workflows and associated metrics and reportingHighly detail-oriented, organized, proactive, efficient, and resourceful with exceptional follow-through skills Ability to simultaneously manage workloads, multiple business partner demands, and shifting priorities within a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environmentHigh EQ, impeccable professional ethics, integrity, judgment, and demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential informationAble to operate autonomously while being a team player who brings a positive “can do” attitude to the workplace working collaboratively with other members of the LRC Department and with internal business partnersExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively counsel internal business partners by providing clear and concise advice and creative solutions to meet business needsProficiency in Google applications (including Google Slides, Drive, Docs, and Sheets), Slack, Salesforce, Jira, DocuSign, Ironclad, and SimpleLegal is a strong plus
