Senior Contracts RepresentativeHouston, TX#hybrid after first 90 daysAs a Senior Contracts Representative here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for contract negotiation and implementation of policies to identify and mitigate risk. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, legal, and finance teams, to ensure the successful implementation of contracts and compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations. Your expertise in contract management and negotiation will be instrumental in driving successful business outcomes and protecting the company's interests.You will report directly to our Assistant General Counsel, PMC and HPS, Americas and you will work out of our Houston, TX location on a hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will impact the contract management function and overall business operations for both Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) and Honeywell Performance Materials and Technologies (PMC) by effectively managing and overseeing the execution of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and mitigating risks.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including negotiation, drafting, review, and approval
Implement policies and procedures to mitigate legal and commercial risks
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations
Provide guidance and facilitate contract interpretation and dispute resolution
Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation

5+ years of experience in contract negotiation and implementation
Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial terms and conditions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
