Job Description:We are currently in search of a dynamic and experienced Senior Corporate Development professional. This pivotal role will be responsible for providing crucial support for the analysis and negotiation of transactions for our acquisition team(s) across both potential and executed transactions.Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Utilize discounted cash flow and other valuation techniques to assess the economic value of potential transactions.

Develop and maintain relationships between our organization, partners, regulatory officials, and government officials.

Orchestrate acquisition support functions for national and international transactions.

Create detailed financial models with dynamic financial statements to assess financial impact.

Prepare presentation materials for internal approval of transactions by our executives and board of directors.

Support the negotiations of principal terms and conditions for transactions of diverse scope.

Conduct due diligence investigation and analysis of acquisitions/joint ventures.

Analyze market conditions, regulatory environment, competitive conditions, strategic and business plans, and existing business and technical operations.

Collaborate with legal, accounting, and business inspection teams during acquisition or joint venture processes.

Design demand forecasts and key operating projections for the valuation of target transactions.

Qualifications :

A Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Typically 5-8 years of experience in a related field.

Strong analytical skills, capable of understanding market trends, financial data, and business trends.
