ICG America, a successful online retailer with headquarters in Austin, TX, is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic candidats to join our customer service team. This is a full-time position working in a high-energy environment. We’re not looking for people who think customer service is beneath them or just another gig until something better comes along. We’re looking for people who are excited about providing world-class service to our customers every single day and who understand the difference between a career with a great company and just another job.

This is a full-time, M-F position. This position is available in our Austin, TX office. This is NOT a work-from-home position.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Minimum 2 years customer service, retail, office or related experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with online shopping across multiple devices (computer, phone, etc.)

Experience with MS Office, Email and other common applications

Respect for teamwork combined with the ability to take the initiative in solving problems

Responsibilities will include:

Supporting our customers via phone, email and online chat

General office/adminstrative tasks as needed

Supporting the executive, marketing and corporate sales staff

Compensation/Benefits:

Minimum $22 per hour up to $25 hourly including monthly performance bonus

$1,000 year-one retention bonus and $2,000 year-two retention bonus

Paid overtime opportunities during our peak seasons

Three weeks paid vacation/elective time per year

Six paid holidays annually
