Job Description:As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer you will drive efficient and effective deployment of Software ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) & DevSecOps (development, security, and operations) tools with additional focus on Export controlled toolchain. You will help in deploying an upgrade of IBM ClearCase/ClearQuest and Atlassian tools and drive efficient usage. You will act as the direct interface between tools team and users resolving any user needs. The key focus will be on Export control toolchain with end-to-end ownership and support.Key Responsibilities

Contribute to Export Control ITAR Tools operations & support, follow defined best practices, implement support process, and maintain a robust Service Desk setup for supporting ITAR Toolchain in IBM Clearcase/ClearQuest and Atlassian tools

Coordinate application deployments, upgrades and changes with the relevant application development teams, business stakeholders and IT, define the upgrade and communication plan for the tool’s users, send out upgrade, informational and outage notifications

Implement robust operational monitoring for all ITAR tools in scope with publicly visible dashboards and application availability status

Regularly assess and maintain Honeywell Global Security standards including, patching, hardening, use of standardized images

Contribute to incident management investigation and root cause analysis when tools are affected, implement corrective and preventive actions; ensure the team is represented on IT outage bridges and communication channels when appropriate

Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and contractors for tools development and maintenance activities

Ensure a five-star user experience and address improvement requests and suggestion

Understand and adhere to established US export control and other regulations defined for the environment

Experience in Software Configuration Management (SCM) of development data

Experience managing ClearCase and ClearQuest with Base/ Unified Change Management(UCM)

Experience in handling GIT or Bitbucket projects and servers

Experience working with Atlassian suite of products like Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence

Ability to learn new tools and technology as per strategic priorities

Strong problem-solving skills with ability capable to working well with others in a self-directed, virtual environment

Flexibility and willingness to assume a variety of application support roles

Knowledge on IBM Doors, Doors-NG
