Are you ready to help us make the future? This Senior Financial Analyst - SME will lead the improvement of profitability in the Gas business within North America. You will partner with the Commercial Excellence team to drive an accretive pipeline and grow backlog margin. You will liaise with ISC Finance to improve cost productivity and enhance transparency of spend. In addition, you will utilize financial and operational data to analyze trends and impacts to provide meaningful operational performance insight that helps the business execute on commitments and meet financial targets. Key Responsibilities · Lead, coordinate, and drive financial performance for a $400M P&L ensuring financial goals (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash commitments) are met · Must have the ability to present in a clear and concise manner to executive management regarding financial issues, budgets, and forecasts. · Analyze and resolve accounting and operational problems and communicate to management in a timely manner. · Evaluate growth opportunities with the business leadership to drive overall margin improvement. · Advise business leadership of opportunities and risks impacting business performance · Lead the AOP planning process and monthly financial reviews. · Analyze and advise of the financial impact of moving into new areas of business. · Thoroughly evaluate price and cost of NPI and make financial recommendations on GTM strategy. · Track key metrics and drive the team on meeting and improving KPI’s. · Review and forecast working capital and drive cash flow improvement initiatives for the product line. Direct analysis of receivables, payables, POs, and vendor balances. Performs additional ad-hoc analysis as required to drive C2C efficiency. Interacts with WC lead on cash calls and setting WC targets. · Perform ad-hoc analysis to determine business trends and provide decision support financial information. YOU MUST HAVE · Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Related fields · 8+ years of progressive financial leadership experience which includes P&L ownership · Excellent analytical skills WE VALUE · Strong technical knowledge of SAP.
