Senior Front End Developer

The Software Engineer with a Front-End Specialty will be accountable for building front end user interfaces and for collaborating with team members in designing, building, optimizing, and maintaining end-to-end enterprise software solutions. The role requires experience with front end design and development tools. This position reports to the Manager of Software Engineering in the New Product Development group. Accountabilities

•      Participate in build processes for enterprise software solutions by:

•      Create and maintain effective documentation on solutions: The Engineer will create documentation and maintain knowledge transfer documents on build processes, MDM processes, troubleshooting, deployment of front-end solutions for all assigned solutions. The documentation will be maintained in an ongoing fashion to ensure that all stakeholders have access to relevant and useful information to support their use of those solutions.
•      Function as an escalation point for technical support and troubleshooting: The Engineer will be on call as a Tier 3 escalation point for user support requests related to assigned front end solutions and will apply expertise both for consulting and hands-on troubleshooting/problem resolution.

•      Provide timely updates to management on open issues and projects
•      Other duties as assigned

•      Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field or equivalent in work experience.
•      Minimum of 3 years of software engineering experience
•      Demonstrated subject matter expertise in at least 8 of the following: React, iOS, Android, Chrome Developer Tools, Material, JavaScript Frameworks, Git, jQuery, CSS, LESS, SAAS, and Bootstrap
•      Experience working cross functionally in disparate geographies required
•      Ability to travel on occasion to support the implementation
