Job Description: The Senior Graphic Designer works directly under the Global Creative Manager's supervision to design and produce original content across a wide range of print and digital materials for a variety of marketing business channels and end users. The Senior Graphic Designer serves as a member of the Global Design Team Requirements Collaborate with the creative team and content managers to produce and edit new and existing designs that meet intended expectations of internal clients Make decisions about design, photos, illustrations, graphics, layout, formatting, colors, fonts, and other elements that align with design standards and requirements for each assigned project Design within set company standards/guidelines/processes Must have design production experience to produce and deliver accurate files Must have an eagerness to learn in new design mediums and areas Minimum Qualifications: - Formal graphic design training with Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in an agency or in-house environment
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Experience producing print and digital materials across a variety of media formats
- Solid print experience needed
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
