- Leading and overseeing the Infrastructure Platform Support Team thru direction and projects
- Implement and maintain the server and storage based access control fabric running on Microsoft Active Directory and corporate domain controller network

- Bachelor's degree, preferably IT or Computer Science discipline
- 10+ years Server Platform Engineering and Windows Management experience
- 5+ years experience in managing senior technical resources with clear leadership and goals
- Microsoft SCCM Services, VMWare and Storage System Certifications
- Extensive previous experience in the following areas:
- Windows Server Platforms including storage sub-systems and back-up systems
- Microsoft Messaging and Collaboration Platforms, including Access Control (AD/ADFS)
- Converged Operating Environments (VMWare/NetApp)
- Citrix and VDI Environments
- Storage and Replications System
- Experience working with remote site support teams and local operational teams for HA operations for solid, reliable and scalable operating environments
- Advancement of key proactive systems monitoring and management services to support production continuity
