Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Senior IT Business Analyst for Marketing for a CONTRACT TO HIRE assignment with one of our premier Financial clients in Irving, TX, Jacksonville, FL, New York, NY, and Jersey City, NJ. Responsibilities :
- The IT Business Lead Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team.
- The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.
- The IT Business Lead Analyst will contribute as a lead analyst supporting Global Consumer Technology (GCT) with primary focus on the Marketing Technology Domain.
- This role will be focused on the delivery of the USCM roadmap (applications such as Adobe AEM, Pega CDH, Aprimo, Offer management, etc) for marketing transformation initiatives in an effort to reduce speed to market campaign cycles, improve efficiencies across marketing teams and unify processes and systems.
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with extensive experience using Excel for data analysis
- Experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle
- Comprehensive knowledge of the principles of business analysis
- Master's degree preferred
