The Senior D365 Developer is an integral part of the JS Held ERP Team. This highly skilled professional will primarily help solve business problems through applying solutions using X and SQL Server coding. This individual will also work closely with Delivery team and Enhance (small new functionalities) & Support team providing technical level 4 guidance.Responsibilities:Assist in applying system solutions to business problems through the design and programming of X in D365 F&O and power platform solutionsApply quarterly Microsoft updates by merging multiple ISV code packages and releasing via Azure devops pipelinesStay informed about emerging technologies related to Dynamics D365 F&O programming languages and environmentsUtilize recommended best practices and a thorough understanding of D365 functionality to create new features and/or address reported issues and bugsApply functional and technical knowledge of Dynamics AX2012 & D365 to develop new functionalities and integrations with other systems as required to support business growthImplement hotfixes, kernel updates, or any other necessary Microsoft updatesAid in the creation of Technical Specifications Documents and document the enhancements made to D365 F&OManage source control, configuration, and release management via Projects in AX2012Develop and customize solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O platform using X and related technologiesCollaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutionsCreate and maintain technical documentation for developed solutionsParticipate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activitiesTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptlyWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project deliverySupport and enhance existing D365 F&O applications as business needs evolve
