For more information visit www.uop.com.The Honeywell Product Manager is responsible for developing and optimizing an offering portfolio strategy based on customer insights, competitive and market intelligence, and executing that strategy to optimize the offerings, market position, organic growth, and financial return of the product portfolio across the product lifecycle. Product Managers work closely with manufacturing and sourcing, engineering and R&D, Honeywell senior executives, sales and field sales to maximize the growth, development and return on investment of the organization’s product portfolio today and in the future.The Sr Product Offering Manager is a principal professional role that supports the Business Director in successfully managing the Business Line’s offerings. The Portfolio will include adsorbent and separation/purification solutions into the various non O&G markets (air separation, medical oxygen, environmental contaminant remediation, pharma and semiconductor, etc. They will actively Manage a Complex Portfolio that may include a Breakthrough Initiative (BTI) and/or New Business Models and drive improvement initiatives for the Business Line and across functions. They should have a track record of accomplishments and demonstrated advanced skill levels across all of the below competencies. They will be expected to perform primary responsibilities working across functions to deliver results. Location of the position is Des Plaines, Illinois or Houston, Texas. Hybrid work schedule. Conduct Product Portfolio Lifecycle Management

MUST HAVE

Minimum 5 years' experience in Product Management, Marketing, Sales or R&D Engineering in the Ethylene market or petrochemical industry.

Must be US citizen or permanent resident due to US export control laws

WE VALUE

Bachelor's Degree in a Technical or Marketing discipline

MBA preferred

Chemical Engineering degree

Experience in adsorbent and separation/purification solutions.

Product Management, Marketing, R&D Engineering with a track record of demonstrated recognizable results.

Excellent communication and written skills

Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment

Ability to support sales resources with technical expertise and drive growth

Excellent client interaction
