Senior PeopleSoft Enterprise Report Analyst/ Developer to be a key resource on a technical services team. ResponsibilitiesThe Candidate will perform the following highly advanced work/tasks:
  • Overseeing and/or performing highly advanced consultative services and analytical work for Budget and Internal Accounting (BIA) in support of the Centralized Accounting and Personnel/Payroll System (CAPPS);
  • Overseeing and/or participating in project management, coordination, planning, and scheduling for specific BIA initiatives;
  • Performing strategic analysis and planning;
  • Performing highly advanced (senior-level) functional analysis work in support of CAPPS and Business Objects (the agency reporting tool)
  • Providing functional support for CAPPS Financials, as needed, on behalf of BIA;
  • Providing functional support for CAPPS HR/Payroll, Performance Management, Recruit and Learn related tools and processes on behalf of BIA;
  • Evaluating business needs, analyzing processes and ensuring BIA system documentation reflects current state;
  • Assisting and/or leading gathering, developing, and documenting of functional system requirements in alignment with the initiatives of BIA and on its behalf;
  • Communicating functional requirements to functional and/or technical staff;
  • Oversees and/or participates in providing presentations, training, or end-user workshops, as needed;
  • Reviewing, assessing, and developing functional processes;
  • Assisting with troubleshooting functional issues related to BIA use of CAPPS and Business Objects;
  • Assisting with and/or leading functional testing activities on behalf of BIA, as needed (e.g., system, UAT, accessibility, performance, etc.);
  • Identifies problems and proposes innovative solutions;
  • Assisting with special project support provided to internal and/or external customers as may be needed

Note -

The selected contractor(s) will be required to come in person to the LBJ Building to obtain CPA equipment, badge and initial assignments. CPA will not pay or reimburse travel expenses. Qualifications
