Job Description

Review the project schedule and budget with the project team and stakeholders

Coordinate with the design, engineering, and construction contractors to ensure compliance with the project scope and specifications

Monitor and report on the project progress, risks, issues, and changes

Conduct site visits and inspections to verify the quality and safety of the work

Communicate with the client, sponsors, and authorities to address any concerns or requests

Manage the project documentation and records

Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise among the project parties

A bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or a related field

15+ years of construction project management experience

Experience managing construction renovations for large arenas, stadiums, or related.

Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget and with high quality standards

Ability to coordinate and oversee multiple contractors, subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders

Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, standards and best practices for arena renovation

Experience working with budgets of over $100million+ dollars.

Pluses

PMP,CCM, PE, LEED, or other certifications null
