Are you experienced in client implementation and passionate for product design? Then you have found the right team!As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in the Solutions Design and Commercialization team you will be representing Client Service and Implementations (CS&I) in new product launches and enhancements, partnering with Product teams and other stakeholders to influence new product features and functionality. Additionally, you will lead readiness activities, defining implementation protocols, drafting relevant procedures and supporting documentation, and supporting the implementation of pilot clients to new products. Solutions Design's mission is to drive exceptional client experience through a relentless focus on the voice of the client while setting new benchmarks for innovation and digital adoption. To achieve this, you will work directly with both our client facing teams, various product teams, operations and implementations and service teams.Job responsibilities:

Represent Solutions Design in Product launch and change readiness activities, leading CS&I business readiness, influencing product design, and advocating on behalf of the business and the client to ensure optimal outcomes

Translate business requirements into detailed procedures

Manage the full life cycle of pilot client implementations, including setup and testing, ensuring a successful end-to-end client experience during merchant services product implementations of varied complexity

Support the Solutions Design Product Pipeline based on identified errors/friction for new products in pilot stage and enhancements to products in general availability

Assist with the planning and delivery of the strategic product roadmap through collaboration with various stakeholders across different functions (e.g., Product, CS&I SMEs, Operations, Technology)

Manage internal partner expectations with consultative advice regarding technical aspects of merchant services solutions

Manage the project governance process, reporting out and presenting on project status to senior stakeholders

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Project Management experience - Able to manage multiple projects at one time and familiarity with Agile development methodology

Working knowledge and understanding of API and/or file based integration solutions, including instruction formats (JSON, SWIFT, ISO, NACHA, etc.)

Process Mapping and Development - Able to capture and clearly document standard operating procedures

Experience managing relationships and collaborating with business partners across Product, Sales, Technology, Operations, Service, Risk, Compliance and Legal

Strategic, Solution Oriented Thinker - A problem solver, able to devise innovative solutions that address business and client needs, with the ability to motivate and drive tactical execution

Effective presentation and communication skills, able to influence partners to achieve business goals

Able to work effectively with minimal supervision, often making independent decisions

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Experience in Client Servicing and/or Onboarding

Treasury Services Product Management experience

Experience managing Technical Implementations for Treasury Products

Treasury or Payments Product Management, understanding of the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC)
