Job Description:JOB TITLE: Senior Product Management and DevelopmentJOB LOCATION: 208 S. Akard St., Dallas, TX 75202 [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home]Senior Product Management and Development needed by AT&T Services, Inc. in Dallas, TX [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home] to supervise cross-functional teams through functional requirements gathering, implementation and validation through to the initial launch or lifecycle of a service. Define functional requirements for wireless services. Manage product development including product requirements gathering and definition, project planning, project management, budgeting, financial acumen, test design and execution, long-term tactical roadmap and release management, and planning. Communicate product requirements to various organizations such as IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Care, and Sales. Lead vendor selection process, delivery, and quality required. Develop, maintain, and distribute, standard project management deliverables for the successful launch of new data applications and devices, including implementation plan, project schedule, issues and action items log, meeting minutes, risks assessment, and contingencies. Partner with the Project Management Office and Agile teams to coordinate and align data product management plans, schedules, roadmaps, and business resources to deliver solutions on time and within budget while gaining expected adoption. Collaborate with data, analytics, and product teams to identify business, functional, and technical requirements to inform a best-fit data ecosystem to support current and future capability needs. Ensure alignment of technical requirements with the business and functional requirements to ensure timely and business-value-focused delivery. Develop, maintain, and prioritize user stories in the Enterprise Data Strategy backlog. Partner with Data Governance to ensure data platform adherence – global, system, and persona-based - to enterprise data policies, procedures, and standards. Remediate product-related challenges and complete trade-off analysis to stay on track toward business deliverable commitments. Lead cross-functional Agile teams in planning and executing complex situations. Organize, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment utilizing planning, time management, and organizational skills. Perceive, analyze, and address issues/opportunities in an effective and timely manner. Oversee product management/development with a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. Understand software development (SDLC) and web technologies (UI framework, ReactJS and backend such as Rest APIs and Microservices). Apply analytical skills (proficient user of Adobe Analytics and Quantum metrics performance monitoring) and the ability to convert consumer insights and performance data into high-impact product initiatives. Translate complex ideas into clearly defined product definition and requirements. Use Azure DevOps, iTrack.REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Management and 5 Years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or 5 Years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation overseeing product management/development with a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle; understanding of software development (SDLC) and web technologies (UI framework, ReactJS and backend such as Rest APIs and Microservices); applying analytical skills (proficient user of Adobe Analytics and Quantum metrics performance monitoring) and converting consumer insights and performance data into high-impact product initiatives; translating complex ideas into clearly defined product definition and requirements; and using Jira, iTrack.Our Seniors Product Management and Development earn between $187,907 - $190,900 yearly.
