Title: Senior Product Manager Location: Richardson, TX - Day 1 Onsite Duration: Full Time Job Description: We are looking to fill the role of Senior Product Manager with a highly competent and motivated individual that shares our passion for customer excellence and growing the company to its mission and vision to enable autonomous cloud lifecycle journey. This role requires a sales and service-oriented mentality, sense of ownership, focus on delivering solutions on time, and proactively working with customers and services partners for a successful customer wine. Responsibilities: Lead, Collaborate and Develop a vision and set the strategic direction of the Matilda's Cloud product which aligns with customer needs, business growth, and overall company strategy.
- Lead and analyze product offerings with customers for incremental innovation and disruptive innovation by understanding trends in the marketplace for articulated and unarticulated needs.
- Research, understand and create competitors and partnership landscape of the product, product strategies for possible partnerships to create strong value propositions for Matilda's customer. Partnership's does not just have to be revenue initiated; it has to be product value standpoint.
- Create and build an objective framework that enables evaluation of products and features from value creation, TAM, competitive landscape, first to market, sustained competitive advantages, etc. A well-defined set of criteria's
- Lead and create product strategies that will enable sustained, recurring and toll both style revenue stream over long time platform effects
- Lead, understand, pursue a deep understanding of customer needs through research and data analysis.
- Work closely with sales team on strategic sales opportunities to lead, engage and tell story of product features and its value proposition
- Collaborate across teams to communicate product strategies with internal stakeholders and adjust priorities according to feedback.
- Drive scalable processes and innovation around the product development cycle.
- Define product roadmaps including things as feasibility, time, cost, and impact.
- Work cross-functionally with revenue, engineering, UX designer, operations, and marketing teams to create value story and product
- Build, mentor and manage a product team including team leads and UX designers and nurture a customer-driven product culture.
