Summary:GameStop is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) team in either Dallas, TX, Seattle, WA, or Pembroke Pines, FL. The S&OP team is responsible for the end-to-end planning and optimization of GameStop's supply chain. Our work directly enables cross functional business teams to plan the day-to-day business operations. This role will directly impact the customer's experience by driving improvements to the tools, systems, and processes within the organization. What You Will Do- Use your customer first mindset to guide the development and delivery of programs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in your focus area, developing a vast understanding of the systems, services, people, and processes that impact programs you develop.
- Partner cross functionally to identify and understand pain points, using data and patterns to recommend and implement scalable solutions.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of program roadmaps, providing measurable improvements to the customer experience and business impact for GameStop.
- Create clear and concise documentation to summarize the project scope and expected impact.
- Define KPIs to measure the effectiveness of programs and solutions, providing updates to senior leadership on progress and impact.
- Work closely with your fellow product leads to develop a cohesive experience across all platforms.
- 5-7 years of product/program experience in an agile development environment (preferably Ecom/Store retail).
- eCommerce or B2C product experience.
- An ability to dig deep, operate in white-space and challenge the status quo using a data driven approach.
- An owner's mindset with a bias for action that is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability of turning data insights into product improvements and new experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals through a well-defined product strategy using data, research, and industry trends.
- Strong communications skills in both written and verbal domains.
- A keen eye for detail because you know the devil is in the details.
- Ability to partner and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in Supply Chain Management
- Experience with SQL, BigQuery or any other Data Processor
- Technical background and knowledge of data structure/engineering.
- Experience with project & process management tools such as confluence, Microsoft Project, Vizio
