Senior Project Director

Job Description

The Senior Project Director manages and coordinates integrated EPC (ONEsolution) projects of a nature greater in scope, valuation and complexity than those generally managed by the Project Director. Provides leadership and mentoring of CRB Project Managers and Project Directors.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field

· Minimum of twenty years of experience in the Engineering & Construction Industry

· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills required

· Team-oriented individual capable of leading and managing large integrated teams including subcontractors

· Demonstrated success in acting as a Project Manager

· Thorough understanding of integrated project delivery of large, complex projects

· Advanced understanding of all core engineering disciplines, project execution, delivery in a design and construction.

· Minimum 8 hours of leadership/supervisory training annually

· Obtain and maintain industry specific certification, including but not exclusive to: PMP & AECPMA
