Job Description

SAP Ariba Functional / Technical Consultant

Pay: $100 - $150/hr

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: 3 Months (may extend)

Location: Houston, TX (Fully Remote)

Number of Openings: 1 Our large Public Accounting Client is seeking a consulting leader to support their Oil & Gas client with Ariba Global configuration changes based on feedback of business processes, and in requirements gathering meetings. This consultant will review and design Source to Contract (S2C) configurations within Ariba.

Scope of the position: Ariba Source to Contract (S2C) Health Check & Remediation:
  • Conduct technical analysis to identify root cause issue(s)
  • Review relevant implementation documents, diagrams/workflows, processes, module design, etc.
  • Analyze technical configurations, integrations, customizations, etc.
  • Solution Design & Implementation
  • Develop proposed solutions to identified issues and enhancement opportunities
  • Facilitate discussions to gain alignment on proposed solutions and appropriate path forward
  • Coordinate with SAP Ariba and internal teams to implement proposed solutions
Project/Engagement Deliverables:
  • Document identified challenges, gaps to leading practices and sub-optimal configurations
  • Review and refine processes, as needed, to optimize efficiency and better align with leading practices
  • Develop supplemental training and documentation to inform and educate end users on proper procedures

Requirements:
  • SAP Certified Application Associate or Ariba Technical Architect (nice to have)
  • SAP Ariba Global configuration
  • SAP Ariba Module procured invoice
  • SAP Source to Contract (global experience)
