Position: Senior Service Now Consultant

Location: Richardson TX; Onsite OR remote

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work.
Minimum 3 years of Service Now development, configuration, integration, and administration experience in large, complex environments.
Strong working knowledge of the following Service Now components is preferred:
IT Service Management
CMDB, Asset Management, Incident, Problem, Change
Security Operations
Incident Response/Vulnerability Response
IT Operations Management
Discovery, Service Mapping, Orchestration, PowerShell, MID server management
Policy and Compliance
HR Service Management
Customer Service Management
Integration Hub
Minimum 2 years of development/scripting experience with JavaScript, Angular, Jelly, and HTML on the Service Now platform. Intimate knowledge of Service Now Glide classes.
Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services and how to utilize them to integrate Service Now with other applications.
Experience in developing and implementing custom applications on the Service Now platform.
Demonstrated experience with Service Now authentication against LDAP and SAML.
Excellent knowledge of Service Now Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest Service Now features.
Agile and/or Kanban experience is a plus.
