Title - Senior Software Developer Location - Plano TX/Hybrid Job DescriptionDescription:Product Cybersecurity is currently looking to fill an exciting Full Stack Lead Developer with Mendix experience position. This job will involve primarily working with the Microsoft Solution Stack, AWS/Microsoft Cloud, SharePoint and Mendix to provide rapid customer solutions for various business needs. You will work with our business team to find out what their needs are. You will be responsible for the architectural layout of the application, make analysis of the business teams requirements and advise them accordingly. Together with your project team, you will be responsible for providing mentorship to the development team, solution design, development, and implementation of the system. Responsibilities:- Managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment
- Maintaining and upgrading the software following deployment
- Managing the end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and applications
- Overseeing and guiding the analyzing, writing, building, and deployment of software
- Overseeing the automated testing and providing feedback to management during the development process
- Modifying and testing changes to previously developed programs
- 5+ years of IT systems development experience, with primary focus in the Microsoft solution stack and AWS/Microsoft Cloud technologies
- 2+ years of experience and in depth understanding of the capabilities in SharePoint & Microsoft Power Platform
- 2+ years of experience and knowledge of SharePoint Online features for collaboration and business process automation; custom web parts, data list and maintenance.
- Experience with the full lifecycle of software development: Translate business requirements into system requirements, Analysis, Research, Prototyping, Design and Development
- Experience working in Agile development teams and a self-starter who can quickly acclimate to a dynamic team environment
- (Preferred) Experience building applications in AWS Cloud/Azure Cloud
- (Preferred) Experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Mendix
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle and delivery using Agile/Scrum practices
- A detail-oriented “go-getter” and “critical thinker” mindset with the courage to learn new topics and become the subject matter expert
