Responsibilities: Support and enable our clients and their technology platforms. (Windows/Mac OS,Windows Server, VMware, Office 365/Azure) Utilizes ticketing system to record, track, and resolve or escalate all client engagements. Provides end user support and assists with day to day technology challenges.Troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding network connectivity or applicationfunctionality. Update and maintain documentation on client environments as needed. Perform onsite visits and safely and respectfully work with other people as needed. Configure, diagnose, reload, utilize troubleshoot and repair devices (Windows/Applelaptops, desktops, smartphones, tablets, printers, peripheral devices etc.), Understand and adhere to all company policies up to, and including incident response,ticketing, and customer service standards Utilize company approved tools to connect to and maintain remote desktops andinfrastructure. Support user moves and changes, hardware/software deployments.

Necessary Skills/ Experience: - Windows Server Administration (AD, Group Policy, SCCM, File/Print Services,RDS/Terminal Services) - Network & Hosted VoIP Admin (Firewalls, VPN's, Basic Routing/Switching, WLAN) - Virtualization technologies (VMware / Hyper-V) - Backup Configurations, Administration, and Best Practices
