Find your future with us.The Boeing Global Services (BGS) Strategy and Sustainability team is seeking a Senior Sustainability Strategy Analyst to organize the development and execution of business strategies for environmental sustainability initiatives.This position will support the BGS Sustainability Steering team, driving their priorities and execution. The successful candidate will work with the BGS Leadership Team members to earn customer preference and help them meet and make decisions around their sustainability goals and objectives.This position can be based out of the following Boeing locations: Plano, TX; Arlington, VA; Hazelwood, MO; Ridley Park, PA.Position Responsibilities:

Leads new business case analysis and development to innovate on BGS product offerings that can deliver sustainability value.

Ad-hoc support for non-sustainability core strategy work statements including, market analysis, competitive intelligence, market development, global strategy and growth objectives.

Leads project teams to develop, integrate and communicate Boeing strategies.

Leads data analysis to research, benchmark, capture stakeholder insights, intelligence, and analyze current sustainability trends on environmental, social, and governance matters.

Identifies emerging sustainability business risk issues.

Identifies and evaluates enterprise strategies, reporting, standards, best practices, and technologies to mitigate business risks and advance environmental, social, and governance related objectives.

Guides the development and implementation of business sustainability strategies, partnerships, strategic marketing and messaging, engagement initiatives, and education with internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate across functions, programs, and business units, across Boeing Global Services and the enterprise including Sales, Marketing, Communications, Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), Government Services (GS), Commercial Modification Engineering and Specialty Products (CMESP), Parts and Distribution Services (P&DS), Commercial Training Solutions (CTS), Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS), Engineering, and Global Environmental Sustainability (GES).

The ideal candidate will have the following skills & qualifications:

Strong working together attitude and excellent communication skills to balance multiple. stakeholders’ requirements, de-conflict contentious issues, and develop opportunities and synergy

Proactive team building leadership with demonstrated people skills and extensive working network.

Strong Business Acumen and experience building business cases.

Broad knowledge of global environmental and sustainability issues, the policy and regulatory environment in which aviation operates, including current and future carbon emissions incentive mechanisms.

Strong presentation skills and the ability to create, deliver, and share persuasive presentations to represent Boeing to internal stakeholders and represent Boeing to external stakeholders.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.Employer willing to sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher

3+ years of sustainability and/or business strategy work experience

3+ years of experience managing ambiguity and changing priorities in a collaborative environment in support of organizations

Ability to travel up to 25% for business needs

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Masters of Business Administration (MBA) or other relevant advanced degree

Ability to navigate complex organization dynamics

Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners

Experience in business case development

Experience working in the field of climate policy and/or government and/or multi-stakeholder’ organizations

Typical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
