We are looking for
Senior Technical Recruiter for our client in Plano, TX Job Title: Senior Technical Recruiter Job Location: Plano, TX Job Type: Contract Job Description: Major Purpose:- This Recruiters role would include, but not be limited to:
- Overseeing the entire full lifecycle recruiting process at assigned location(s).
- Consulting with hiring managers with respect to job requirements and prepare internal / external postings.
- Sourcing qualified candidates using the resume bank and all other sources.
- Coordinating the interview process between the Recruiting Assistant, candidate and hiring manager.
- Screen, interview and provide candidate recommendations for hiring manager.
- Conduct pre-screening and referencing of candidates.
- Negotiate offers and prepare the proper documentation (i.e. offer letters, CGRP Clearance).
- Participate in Career Fairs, when required.
- Work with PeopleFluent Applicant Tracking System and ensure all actions and data are updated on a daily basis for each applicant through hire date, as applicable.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts with local Human Resources Business Partners, HR managers and the recruitment team.
- Learn and follow the company recruitment processes.
- Ensure compliance with AAP, EEOC, Conflict of Interest Programs for past/current military and OFCCP regulations through daily.
- Some domestic travel required for Career Fairs and Sector support/meetings.
- High potential for contact with general job seekers as well as qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
- Extensive proactive customer service and company informational skills will be essential.
- Technical/Functional skills: Two -three years (2-3) experience recruiting technical engineering disciplines in Aerospace & Defense.
- This does not include IT.
- Excellent computer skills (Proficiency in MS Office Suite is highly desired).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
- Minimum 3 years previous Engineering Technical Recruiting experience as a with related Aerospace & Defense Company (Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Northrop Grumman, General Dynamics etc.)
- Proven ability to develop a proactive, sustained recruitment strategy for technical engineering roles.
- Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is required.
- Proficiency using PeopleFluent is a high desired (must be written specifically on resume with Company where this experience was obtained).
- Demonstrated track record of recruiting success in technical disciplines in the Defense & Aerospace industry.
