TITLE: Service Desk Analyst
Location: Richardson, TX Compensation Range: $19 - $21/hour ICS is hiring a Service Desk Analyst for our client in the Dallas area. This position will be responsible for service, support, and troubleshooting technical problems regarding desktops, laptops, and network services. Our ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who can provide support in various technical areas. What You'll Do:- Provide timely resolution of technical problems or escalations on behalf of the customer and ensure their satisfaction.
- Provide case status updates to management and end-users.
- Support and maintain effective relationships with users.
- Coordinate, diagnose, and troubleshoot incoming employee calls and emails.
- 1-2 years of related work experience, AA degree, or technical training preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous Service Desk or Call Center experience.
- Great communication skills.
- Knowledge of Windows 7 and Windows 10 Operating Systems.
- Experience with O365.
- Working knowledge of Citrix and/or Active Directory.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools.
- Strong Phone Etiquette.
- A+ Certification.
- Strong experience with Active Directory, including password resets, creating new groups, and finding locations of items/accounts.
