  • Helping setup desks-connecting monitors, docking stations, cabling, printers, etc.
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues
  • Employee support for connecting to network
  • Hardware agnostic (80% Microsoft 20% Mac)
  • Strong communication skills
  • 2+ years working in an enterprise environment
