ServiceNow Solution Architect/Technical LeadContract Summary:The ServiceNow Solution Architect / Technical Lead will guide stakeholders regarding the best way to apply ServiceNow functionality to ITIL processes throughout the enterprise. Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into User Stories and Acceptance Criteria for the Development Team
- Collaborate with Vendors, Stakeholders, and Enterprise Architecture to identify technology solutions that satisfy business requirements, architectural standards, and are aligned with ServiceNow best practices
- Facilitate and encourage collaboration with Stakeholders and the Development Team to ensure the solution meets business needs
- Provide guidance and technical expertise to the development team when roadblocks are encountered
- Coach and mentor team members to improve both technical and non-technical capabilities of the team
- When needed, identify, evaluate, and onboard new members of the product team
- Define and maintain best practices and technical standards for ServiceNow development
- Ensure technical documentation is current and complete; either by reviewing work created by others or creating if needed
- Perform code reviews and other technical duties as needed for the product team
- Proactively maintain expert knowledge and understanding of the latest ServiceNow platform and product offerings
- Flexibility with working hours to provide more overlap with the offshore team when needed
- 10 years of experience in IT
- 5 years of ServiceNow experience
- Strong knowledge and experience with the following SN modules: ITSM, ITBM, CMDB, HAM, SAM, ITOM
- 2 years Agile experience
