Service Writer

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Service Writer to join our team in Angleton, TX. This is a full-time opportunity in a customer-focused, fast-paced service center. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a positive attitude who enjoys helping people and keeping things running smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone

· Write service orders and accurately document customer concerns

· Communicate effectively with technicians and update customers on repairs

· Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage daily workflow

· Ensure excellent customer service throughout the service process

REQUIREMENTS:

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Friendly and professional demeanor

· Prior experience as a service writer or auto parts is a plus

· Customer service experience required

· Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

POSITION DETAILS:

· Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week

· Pay: $18-$19/hour, depending on experience
