- The Platform Architect will extend beyond technical expertise with proven management consulting and professional services experience
- In collaboration with our client platform owner, enterprise architects, and development teams, the Architect engagement will provide guidance in technical success focus areas determined to be essential in helping TechM achieve our desired outcomes.
- The Architect will find the right technical path and keeps our solutions aligned with proven best practices with Customer focus.
- Establish and work with our Client partners to create and integrate a TechM supplied enterprise-wide solutions and technical architecture.
- Set the implementation strategy of various ServiceNow modules and set the foundation for TechM’s ability to supply solutions to Customer.
- Drive standardization and best practice platform management, enabling TechM to focus on value delivery.
- Apply their deep understanding of system and software architecture to design complex solutions on the ServiceNow platform for Customer.
- Practical and real-life experience in enterprise-wide networks and services needs to be demonstrated
- They will lead and prescribe clients to best practice and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
- They will direct a team of technical architects and specialists that design, develop, implement, and maintain IT systems for our business clients.
- They are responsible for designing the structure of new technology systems, overseeing the implementation o]f programs, and liaising with the software development team as needed.
- They need to have a knowledge of strategic IT solutions and hands-on experience in software development.
- Extensive knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems. Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, SQL, SAP, Oracle, and C#. Ability to solve complex IT issues.
