Best Places to Work in Austin by the Austin Business Journal. Neos is currently seeking for a ServiceNow Developer for a multi-year contract with our client in Austin, Texas.

• Provide software coding and customization in capability areas like Dynamic scheduling, Dispatcher workspace, planned maintenance, field service contract management, asset management including screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development
• Update and maintain a comprehensive testing protocol for ServiceNow instance upgrades with the purpose of certifying all applications for use after the upgrade completes.
• Develop existing and custom applications within ServiceNow including mobile tools, integrations with other applications.
• Create and maintain system design and operations documentation.
• Hands-on experience in Service Catalog/Service Portal modules
• Utilize ServiceNow to support all process management, reporting and governance activities
• Proficient in data model design for CMDB including design of relationships, data flows and conceptual and logical data models, data dictionaries
• Execute the roadmap to mature the CMDB/Asset management processes.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
