- ServiceNow Platform Developer
- Your role will include working in an Agile team to design and develop a new scoped application used to manage the lifecycle and provisioning of hardware/software/ provisioning needs on the latest ServiceNow Version (Quebec, Rome)
- Minimum Years’ Experience: 4 Years (Orlando release or up to two releases behind)
- ServiceNow development and customisation according to industry best practices
- Experience with Flow Designer - Flows, Subflows, and Actions
- ServiceNow Service Portal Implementation and Customization; develops Service Portal widgets and capabilities, leverages UI policies, UI actions, client scripts
- Application development, New Scoped Application
- Advanced Knowledge of CMDB, CSDM framework
- Integrations using scripted REST API’s and frameworks (Experience using of Kafka or similar Messaging Bus an advantage)
- Configuration of workspace, dashboards
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Ability to communicate effectively
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Micro-Certification - Integration Hub
- Micro-Certification - Service Portal
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
