Role: ServiceNow DeveloperLocation: Houston, TX- Day One OnsiteDuration; 3-6 Months. • 5-10+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer with good knowledge in ITIL and implementing various ServiceNow modules. • Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.• Experienced in upgrading and migration of ServiceNow platform and integrating ServiceNow platform with third-party tools & platforms.• Experience in designing and implementing Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management and service catalog. • Experienced in the installation and configuration of different modules of ServiceNow. • Well versed in developing JavaScript and configuring workflows to implement additional features, and customizations and enable the process flows. • Experience in Implementation of Workflow, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and service catalog on various business applications.
