What You Need to Know Shared Services Clinical Operations Supervisor Responsibilities: Coaches, monitors, and performance manages 10+ individual contributors, including but not limited to managing team KPIs (speed to accept, speed to complete referral, et al) productivity, quality and time and attendance. Manages key metrics and work queues assigned to ensure established Service Level Agreements of the Clinical SS team are adhered to. Oversees Acceptance and Completion process for an established region and ensures Clinical Acceptance of a referral is accomplished in accordance with established acceptance criteria as quickly and efficiently as possible Facilitates daily team huddle to maintain communication and improve employee engagement. Frequent Branch/peer meetings to ensure smooth patient transition, adequate performance and speed are maintained Provides On-the-Job training to employees. Collaborates with training team to develop curriculum that facilitates employee success. Collaborates with peers (SS and Branch/Sales) to establish continuous improvement opportunities Reviews and takes action on quality defects; collaborates with Engineering and IT Teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implements corrective and preventive actions Qualifications Shared Services Clinical Operations Supervisor Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Operations or process improvement experience required, Home Health or Healthcare experience desirable RN desired; LVN/LPN min required Laptop/Headset will be provided for at home positions - candidates must have reliable Internet and/or WIFI sufficient to meet the demands of the job
