As a SharePoint developer, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing SharePoint systems according to company specifications, building scalable web applications, writing and modifying code, debugging software, and training staff. Identify and manage stakeholders. Document change and change process. Create various forms of training materials. Identify and create relevant communications for appropriate audiences. Collaborate across workstreams to challenge where training is needed and suggest level and mode of training. Requirements:
- 5-10 years Prior large project change and communications management
- SharePoint development experience
- 3-5 years Training planning, materials creation and delivery
- Strong communication skills
