Shipping and Receiving Coordinator - Carrollton, TX

We are hiring Shipping and Receiving associates for our Central Fill Pharmacy in Carrollton, Texas. Our Home Delivery facility is open Monday through Sunday, so the work schedule will be rotating each week and requires you to work at least one weekend day. Weekend availability is required.The starting pay is $17.00 per hour with a 3.2% annual bonus.Location:Clinic Pharmacy #2625 - 1025 W Trinity Mills, Carrollton, TX 75006Work Hours:1st shift - must be available to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 7 AM to 7 PMMust be willing to work one weekend a month with no exceptions. The job duties include:Maintain sorter operations, including replenishing totes, scanning items, and organizing units to optimize flow.Manage product deliveries by verifying documentation, processing and counting inventory, and unloading products.Maintain accurate inventory records, address discrepancies, and perform basic equipment maintenance.Pack and ship pharmacy products, ensuring accuracy, temperature control, and compliance with shipping standards.Collaborate with the team to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and continuously improve processes.
