Shop Foreman/Manager – DPF-Resolutions

Position Overview:

DPF-Resolutions, a three-year-old, innovative start-up disrupting the diesel exhaust cleaning industry, is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Shop Foreman/Manager to participate and lead our growing team. This individual will oversee shop operations, ensure high-quality service delivery, and contribute to our mission of revolutionizing diesel exhaust maintenance. Required Qualifications:

7–10 years of in-shop/in-field experience working with diesel engines, including emissions systems, exhausts, and after-treatment processes.

Proven aptitude to grow and lead a team, delegate responsibilities, and manage a shop in a fast-paced setting.

Strong understanding of diesel emission regulations, DPF cleaning, and exhaust system maintenance.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to pivot and adapt to changing circumstances.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal teams and external stakeholders.

A results-driven mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

o Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technicians to achieve operational excellence.

o Foster a positive and productive work environment while maintaining high morale.

o Oversee training and development to ensure the team’s expertise aligns with industry standards.

Shop Operations:

o Manage day-to-day shop activities, including scheduling, workflow, and quality control.

o Maintain inventory and ensure the availability of necessary tools, parts, and equipment.

o Monitor and optimize shop performance metrics to meet company goals.

Technical Expertise:

o Utilize in-depth knowledge of diesel engines, emissions systems, exhaust systems, and after-treatment processes.

o Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel exhaust systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

o Implement best practices for diesel particulate filter (DPF) cleaning and maintenance.

Startup Environment:
