Based near Pasadena, TX, you will work with Sales, Business Development Managers and Regional Service Managers to coordinate resource needs, provide onsite STO leadership, and mentor and monitor other technicians' safety, quality, speed, and professionalism while leading projects.In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Performing lead activities while onsite to ensure complete success and customer satisfaction. This includes being the customer contact during STOs and the main path of communication for all stakeholders.

Assisting our organization in developing a roadmap for how to prepare for STOs, including staffing and logistic coordination of outages and actively participating in standards steering committees.

Ensuring that the technicians pace their work for maximum benefit for the customer, perform detailed QA reviews daily, and promptly complete all administrative functions to support the customer's reporting requirements.

Coordinating with the local service manager to position local technicians as the service provider and trusted advisor for future account growth in that geography.

Championing safety awareness and safety leadership during all onsite activities.

Working with Sales, Business Development Managers, and Service Regional Managers, to define the ideal technical team to accomplish the strategic goals for that customer.

Use onsite experience and feedback to mentor other technicians and help design, develop, deploy, and evaluate standards.

You scan the environment for new technical skills, knowledge, or capabilities that benefit business or personal performance.For This Role, You Will Need:

Associates degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma and 7 years of relevant experience

5 or more years of related experience (i.e. instrumentation)

Travel requirements: 60%-70% or more (domestic)

Ability to work from customer site over 60% of the time (could be local)

Ability to work outside of a 50-mile radius from their home

Legal authorization to work in the United States

MS Office (intermediate or advanced skills on PowerPoint, and Excel)
