Job Description: · Min 8+ years IT experience which includes at least 4+ years of experience as Application SRE.· Programming experience in .NET or Java· Should have solid hands-on experience in troubleshooting and fixing application failures, application Performance degradation, Code issues, cloud platform issues, Batch Failures, Oracle DB failures, Load balancer failures, Network failures.· ITIL® working knowledge: Event, Incident, Release, Problem and Knowledge Management.· Experience with instrumentation, monitoring, alerting, and responding - relative to performance and availability of application, using tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, 1000Eyes, ITRS etc.· Experience in Administration of Windows/Linux Servers.· Solid understanding in any standard webserver, Network and Load Balancers.· Expertise in at least one scripting language like Shell, Powershell, Python.· Experience in supporting Cloud Migrations (PCF, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure Cloud or others)· Exposure to Configuration Management: SaltStack, Ansible, Puppet, etc.· Experience working with 24x7x365 Operations· Solid Understanding of DevOps, SRE· Experience in ticketing tools like Remedy, JSD, etc.· Experience with Agile methodologies and KanbanTechnical StackOperating Systems Windows or LinuxCould Platforms PCF/Google Cloud Platform or similarProgramming Languages .Net or JavaScripting Languages PowerShell, Bash or PythonDatabases Oracle or SQL serverTicketing Tools BMC Remedy, Service NOW, JIRAMonitoring and Alerting tools ITRS, Splunk, Dynatrace, Thousand eyes, AppDynamicsConfiguration Management /Deployment Tools Either of - Salt stack, Puppet, Ansible, Jenkins, Bamboo
