Apply now! YOUR ROLE AT SIXT  You develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand awareness and meet business goals in the U.S. marketYou lead day-to-day communication with the external social media agency to ensure aligned executionYou create and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and LinkedInYou monitor trends, competitors, and community activity to inform content and engagement strategiesYou own influencer strategy and relationships, while actively engaging with the online communityYou analyze performance data and collaborate with global marketing to optimize campaigns and maintain brand consistencyYOUR SKILLS MATTERExperience You have 5+ years of experience in social media management, with a focus on the U.S. marketEducation You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. You are authorized to work in the United States and do not require sponsorship now, or in the futureTechnical Proficiency You have proven success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and growth and are proficient with social media analytics and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)Soft Skills You excel in social media platforms, project management tools, and communication, bringing keen attention to detail in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to Excellence You are a creative thinker and can generate innovative content ideas.
