We build custom software solutions based on an iterative delivery model with an agile mindset.Typical projects for us include high end enterprise web applications, integrated with large SQL databases and enterprise systems. We use a variety of technologies such as C#, .Net, ASP .Net, HTML5, JavaScript, Ruby on Rails and a number of database technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle and MySQL.We deliver incredible value for our clients.As a Developer, you will be a key member of our software development team, delivering high quality software to our clients. You thrive on an integrated cross-functional team, partnering with Technical Program Managers, Technical Analysis, Architects, Quality Engineers and other Developers. Performs database design – including table and index design, database normalization and de-normalization, stored procedure and view creation
Works on a small, collaborative team to deliver world class systems and consulting services to our clients
Quickly grasps client business and technology requirements, and develops tailored technology solutions to meet specific client needs
Works within defined project milestones and budgets
Identifies and analyzes technical challenges and impacts
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in Computer Science or related field preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in one of the following technologies areas:
C# .Net / Visual Studio
JavaScript / jQuery / AJAX
Ruby on Rails
ASP .Net / HTML /HTML5 / CSS
SQL Server / Oracle / MySQL
Experience with design methodologies such as Object Oriented & Model-driven Architecture
Experience with traditional Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Knowledge and experience with complex business processes such as equity plans, human resources, energy management, procurement and/or healthcare management is a plus
Self-directed professional with strong interpersonal skills
Effective time management and organizational skills, proven ability to prioritize while simultaneously managing numerous projects/processes often under tight deadlines
Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion
Strong documentation skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to articulate complex technical issues and material to others
Must be flexible and able to work in different areas of scope to the job
Technical certifications are a plus
Willing to travel 10%

Full-time
